WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from our domestic and international warehouses. 

Due to the popularity of our high quality waist trainers and body shapers, please allow an estimated  4-5 business days for your order to arrive to you.  1-2 business days for processing.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been process by the shipping carriers. 

*WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISSPELLED, LOST PACKAGES, WRONG ADDRESSES PROVIDED DURING CHECKOUT ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN DROPPED OFF TO THE POSTAL SERVICE.

Monday- Friday 8 am. Est. until 5pm Est.

Customer service only operates on these days during the specified time frame.

How can I estimate when my order will be delivered?

When calculating your expectant delivery date start counting the next business day after your payment has been made. You count all the way to the last day of the 3rd week and that's your estimated shipping time frame. Your order will arrive anywhere from the 2nd week to the 3th week. 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received the tracking number your order has not been shipped.

 Who will deliver my order?

USPS, DHL ,UPS OR FEDEX.

If the tracking information for your package says the package was "delivered," first double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home.

If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information. Please note that DHL , FEDEX, and USPS do not guarantee arrival dates of packages. Transit begins the first business day after an order is shipped.

Unfortunately shipping costs cannot be refunded for packages delayed due to adverse weather conditions. Shipping can be longer than what is listed due to Covid19.

All orders are shipped on business days only.

Orders placed on either a  Saturday, or Sunday will NOT be shipped until the next available business day.
