A Note From Our Founder.

Body By Choco grew from my own journey of finding myself again through self-care and learning to embrace my body through every stage of life. I’ve always had a natural love for holistic wellness—from simple wellness rituals to supportive shapewear that helps me feel confident in my changing body. Along the way, I realized that taking care of myself wasn’t about trying to become someone else. It was about remembering that I mattered too.

That belief became Body By Choco. I don’t believe women need to be “fixed.” I believe we need the right tools, knowledge, and encouragement to care for the bodies and lives we have today.
